How it works.

Once you have made your selection of the meat you would like to order, simply click on the shopping cart to confirm payment details. We will follow up with a confirmation email.

• All our meat is delivered fresh, not frozen. Your meat will be delivered in a refrigerated vehicle.
  
  
• Delivery instructions.
• we cannot guarantee delivery days of your choice, but if you would like to book a set day when you are home please contact us to arrange we will try our best to accommodate your request. Delivery days  are 7 days a week.  If there is a set day you wish to have your order delivered please add this info on the delivery address, If you have ordered under a business address please let us know the hours of operation as our deliveries can arrive late in the evening.
  
  
• Orders must be made up to the value of $150 or more. Once your meat is ordered and confirmed there is a strict non cancellation policy.
  
  
• please make sure someone is home to receive your order.
• most often orders will arrive the following day from when you order, emails are sent out to confirm your delivery.
• Your meat will be delivered to your chosen delivery address with a delivery day as specified by email confirmation. Please ensure someone is home to sign for your meat box on delivery. Please note we do not accept responsibility for loss or theft of products after they have been delivered and received by the customer. 
• Due to the recent high demand of the xmas hoilday and new year break period, please allow an extra 72 hours after your order is confirmed for delivery. We are running extra delivery days to keep up the larger than normal influx. your delivery may arrive late in the evening.
• We do like to recycle your polystyrene box so simply leave out at your door and we will collect on your next delivery.
